Engineers who farm. Farmers who engineer.
ADEC Dubai is the Middle East regional office of ADEC LSS — a company the RAS industry rarely encounters: one that both builds and operates land-based fish farms.
Most RAS contractors are equipment manufacturers or engineering consultancies. ADEC is neither, and both. We design recirculating aquaculture systems, manufacture the critical equipment ourselves under our OCEANTECH™ brand, construct and commission complete facilities — and then operate a fully functional, commercially producing fish farm at our own Milas Aquaculture Facility in Turkey.
That operating facility is not a showroom. It is a working farm, running ADEC-designed and manufactured equipment under real production conditions every day. It is where our engineers learn what their designs actually do in practice, where our commissioning teams develop the protocols that make start-up smooth — and where every client team trains, hands-on, on live equipment, before taking over their own facility.

The contractor that has done what you are about to do
We Operate a RAS Facility
The single most important differentiating fact about ADEC. We have made the investment, taken the operational risk, managed the challenges and run a land-based fish farm. You are not hiring a company that has studied RAS — you are hiring one that runs it.
Your Team Trains on Our Equipment, in Our Facility
No other RAS contractor can offer this. Before your facility opens, your operations team spends structured time at Milas — training on the same OCEANTECH™ equipment that will be installed in your facility, managed by ADEC's experienced operators.
Turnkey Under One Contract
Feasibility through to operational handover — one contractor, one point of accountability. There is no gap between the designer, the equipment supplier and the commissioning team — they are the same people, operating from the same operational knowledge base.
Equipment We Trust Enough to Run Ourselves
OCEANTECH™ equipment runs in our own facility under commercial production conditions. When we specify it for a client, we are recommending equipment we have operated, maintained and relied on — not equipment we have sold but never been responsible for running.
Operational Realism in Every Design
RAS feasibility studies are often optimistic. ADEC uses Milas operational data to ground our projections in reality. We would rather tell a client their project needs reconfiguration at feasibility stage than have them discover the same thing after construction.
Regional Base, Global Depth
Our Dubai office provides the response speed and market knowledge regional clients need. Behind it is a global engineering and operations team whose experience is anchored in a real, running facility — not in conference presentations and case studies.
